Der Interregionale Gewerkschaftsrat (IGR) Elbe-Neiße setzt sich seit 25 Jahren für eine solidarische Entwicklung des Grenzraums in der Europäischen Union ein. Er lebt die Idee des Ausgleichs und des Zusammenhalts der Nachbarländer und Nachbarregionen. Seit seiner Gründung im Jahr 1993 hat sich der IGR als soziales Gewissen profiliert und zum Zusammenwachsen des gemeinsamen Grenzraums beigetragen.
Der Interregionale Gewerkschaftsrat Elbe-Neiße ist Teil des Europäischen Gewerkschaftsbundes. Er ist dem Gleichheitsgrundsatz verpflichtet und bekämpft grenzüberschreitend jegliche Art der Diskriminierung aufgrund der Herkunft, des Geschlechts, der Religion etc. Die Integration in Ausbildung und in den Arbeitsmarkt muss diesen Grundsätzen folgen. „Gleicher Lohn für gleiche Arbeit am gleichen Ort“ muss für alle gelten und umgesetzt werden.
Die Gewerkschaften stehen für wirtschaftlichen, sozialen und territorialen Zusammenhalt. Wir sind unserem Grundsatz der Solidarität verpflichtet. Unser Ziel ist die Sicherung von guten Arbeits-, Ausbildung- und Lebensbedingungen, von freiwilliger fairer Mobilität und hoher sozialer Sicherheit in allen Regionen Europas. Damit verbinden wir wirtschafts-, arbeitsmarkt- und sozialpolitische Zielstellungen und Handlungsfelder.
Der Interregionale Gewerkschaftsrat Elbe-Neiße ist davon überzeugt, dass die Befürworter der Europäischen Grundwerte an einem Strang ziehen müssen. In Zeiten, in denen über Renationalisierung, Abschottung und die Einführung von Grenzkontrollen geredet wird, setzen sich die Gewerkschaften für ein freies und offenes Europa ein.
Eine gute grenzüberschreitende Vernetzung der Gewerkschaften ist die Voraussetzung für eine starke grenzüberschreitende Interessenvertretung. Der IGR Elbe-Neiße unterstützt die Gewerkschaften bei ihren grenzüberschreitenden betrieblichen und sektoralen Aktivitäten. Verstöße gegen Arbeitnehmer- und Gewerkschaftsrechte werden die Gewerkschaften weiterhin grenzüberschreitend bekämpfen.

Meziregionální odborová rada (MEROR) Labe-Nisa se už 25 let zasazuje za solidární rozvoj pohraničních oblastí v Evropské unii. Ve své činnosti prosazuje myšlenku vyrovnávání stávajících rozdílů a soudržnosti sousedních zemí a regionů. Od svého založení v roce 1993 se Meziregionální odborová rada Labe-Nisa profilovala jako sociální svědomí regionu a přispívala k další integraci společného pohraničí.
Meziregionální odborová rada Labe-Nisa je součástí Evropské odborové konfederace. Meziregionální odborová rada Labe-Nisa je zavázána zásadě rovnosti a staví se přeshraničně proti jakémukoliv typu diskriminace na základě původu, pohlaví, náboženství apod. Integrace do odborného vzdělávání a přípravy a na trh práce se musí řídit těmito zásadami. Zásada „stejné mzdy za stejnou práci na stejném místě“ musí platit a být implementována pro všechny.
Odborové svazy se zasazují za hospodářskou, sociální a územní soudržnost. Závazným vodítkem naší činnosti je zásada solidarity. Naším cílem je zajistit dobré životní a pracovní podmínky a podmínky odborného vzdělávání a přípravy, dobrovolnou mobilitu za spravedlivých podmínek a vysokou úroveň sociálních jistot ve všech regionech Evropy. Od toho se odvíjejí také naše cíle a aktivity v oblasti hospodářské a sociální politiky i politiky trhu práce a zaměstnanosti.
Meziregionální odborová rada Labe-Nisa je přesvědčena, že zastánci základních evropských hodnot musí táhnout za jeden provaz. V dobách, v nichž se mluví o renacionalizaci, izolacionizmu a zavádění hraničních kontrol, se odbory zasazují za svobodnou a otevřenou Evropu.
Dobré přeshraniční propojení odborových svazů je předpokladem účinného přeshraničního zastupování zájmů. MEROR Labe-Nisa podporuje odborové svazy při jejich přeshraničních aktivitách na podnikové a sektorové úrovni. Odbory budou i nadále přeshraničně bojovat proti porušování práv zaměstnanců a odborových práv.

Międzyregionalna Rada Związkowa (MRZ) Łaba-Nysa od 25 lat angażuje się na rzecz solidarnego rozwoju pogranicza w Unii Europejskiej. Żyje ideą godzenia interesów i spójności sąsiadujących krajów i regionów. Od czasu swego utworzenia w 1993 r. MRZ wyprofilowała się jako społeczne sumienie i przyczyniła się do zrastania się wspólnego obszaru pogranicza.
Międzyregionalna Rada Związkowa Łaba-Nysa jest częścią Europejskiej Konfederacji Związków Zawodowych. Zobowiązana jest zasadzie równości i zwalcza transgranicznie każdy rodzaj dyskryminacji ze względu na pochodzenie, płeć, wyznanie itp. Integracja w nauce i na rynku pracy musi realizować te zasady. Zasada „ta sama płaca za tę samą pracę w tym samym miejscu“ musi być zrealizowana i obowiązywać dla wszystkich.
Związki zawodowe opowiadają się za spójnością gospodarczą, społeczną i terytorialną. Jesteśmy zobowiązani naszej zasadzie solidarności. Naszym celem jest zabezpieczenie dobrych warunków pracy, nauki i życia, dobrowolnej uczciwej mobilności i wysokiego zabezpieczenia społecznego we wszystkich regionach Europy. W ten sposób łączymy cele i pola działania w zakresie polityki gospodarczej, społecznej oraz polityki zatrudnienia.
Międzyregionalna Rada Związkowa Łaba-Nysa jest przekonana, że zwolennicy podstawowych wartości europejskich muszą podążać w jednym kierunku. W czasach, w których mówi się o renacjonalizacji, separacji i wprowadzaniu kontroli granicznych, związki zawodowe angażują się na rzecz wolnej i otwartej Europy.
Dobre transgraniczne usieciowienie związków zawodowych jest warunkiem silnej transgranicznej reprezentacji interesów pracowniczych. MRZ Łaba-Nysa wspiera związki zawodowe w ich transgranicznej działalności zakładowej i sektorowej. Związki zawodowe będą nadal transgranicznie zwalczać naruszenia praw pracowniczych i związkowych.

For twenty five years, the Interregional Trade Union Council Elbe-Neisse (IRTUC) has been making efforts to develop the border region of the European Union in the spirit of solidarity. It puts into practice the idea of social cohesion and evening out differences between the neighbouring countries and regions. Ever since it was founded in 1993, the IRTUC has played the role of a social conscience itself and helped the border region grow together.
The Interregional Trade Union Council Elbe-Neisse is a part of the European Trade Union Confederation. It is bound by the principle of equality and continues to combat any forms of discrimination based on ethnic origin, gender, creed, etc. in border regions. Integration in education and on the labour market must be underpinned by these principles. The inviolable principle ‘equal pay for equal work at the same location’ must be put in place and be applicable to all.
Trade unions stand for economic, social and territorial cohesion. We want to apply the principle of solidarity as a counterbalance to the increasing competition. Our goal is to ensure good working, learning and living conditions as well as voluntary and fair mobility and a high level of social security in all European regions. This is also what our objectives and action areas relate to with regard to economy, labour market and social policies.
The Interregional Trade Union Council Elbe-Neisse is convinced that there is only one direction that may be followed by those who embrace fundamental European values. In times overshadowed by re-nationalisation, separation and introduction of border controls, trade unions are committed to a free and open Europe.
Sound cross-border networking of trade unions is an essential pre-condition for robust cross-border representation of the interests of workers. The IRTUC Elbe-Neisse supports trade unions in their cross-border activities on the company and sectoral level. Trade unions will continue their cross-border efforts to combat infringements of the rights of workers and trade unions.
